This page pertains to the account deletion process for the Miniverse application, developed by our team.
Deletion Steps
To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@miniversecoin.com.
- Include the email address you used to create your Miniverse account in the email.
- You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours, and the deletion will be processed according to our policy.
Data to be Deleted
Upon submitting your deletion request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
- Your email address.
- Your username.
- Your collected coins.
- Your game statistics (e.g., high score, streak, play time).
- All other data stored in Firebase related to your account.
Retention Period
Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request, unless retention is required for legal reasons (e.g., compliance with tax or regulatory obligations). In such cases, we will notify you via email.
